FP1 SU56

After installing SU56 for FP1 calls to dt_getxmitslot fail with a reason of:

Local timeslot is already dis-connected from SCBus.

Everything worked prior to SU56 and no application changes have been made.

System Configuration:
        Windows 2000 Server
        D/240PCI-T1
        DI/SI24 R2
        SR5.1.1 + FP1 + SU56
