Hi Folks,
I am programming an Analogic board to dial to people in another office. As the other office does not have individual phone numbers for its staff, you need to dial the office number first, and then dial the extension of the person you want to reach. After you enter the extension of the person, you will hear "One moment please", and then the phone of the actual person rings.
The problem I am having is that when the system hears "One moment please", dx_dial (with call analysis) returns with CON_PVD, and starts playing the greeting. In other words, the system thinks that it has heard someone speaking when in fact it is an automated message. As a result, when the person actually picks up, he will hear the greeting from the middle. How can I fix this problem?
Any help is much appreciated.
Thanks!
Carmen
