I would greatly appreciate some assistance with a problem I'm facing...
I have a CT ADE / VB application that places outgoing calls that has been running smoothly for two years. For an unknown reason the application is failing to place calls now. I always receive a NoConnect trunk result.
In VB, the call is placed from the function VoiceBocx1.MakeCall(strPhoneNumber, True)
The voicebocx.dll version is 7.0.0.1.
I've attached my latest vbocx.log.
For the record...
a) I can place calls using sample applications that shipped with the dialogic board, but do not use voicebocx.dll.
b) I've recreated by Topaz profile, restarted dialog services, restarted the PC (Win2K OS), updated sentinel drivers. None of this has had an impact.
