JVR and GCOutbound should be producing some output as soon as you make
the call to gc.OpenEx() - and especially once you make the call to
GCOutbound.makeCall(). Do you have that logging output?

By default it should be printed to your console. If you don't see it
then check the Logger settings in your logging.properties file (part of
the java installation - not JVR).
