[jvr-general] Silence timeout, Environment Variables

Block 2, "tp_flags", should be TF_MAXSIL.  Otherwise, syntactically that 
looks ok.  What function (play/rec/getdig/etc) are you handing it to? 

The first time I did this, I forgot that the PBX I was connected to 
plays a "fast busy" when the remote side hangs up (ergo, there was no 
silece to detect!)  I had to use tone detection instead.

Are you certain that the silence actually happens?  (Sounds lame, but it 
burned me once).
