Actually, it turns out that I broke the linux build.  I didn't realize 
that you were building from a CVS checkout and not a regular release.  
Let me know in the future when you're working from CVS (as a heads up).

I often work on win32 for long stretches, then only jump to linux in 
preparation for a release.  Ergo, expect build problems on linux if you 
are working from the tip of the development code.

I've fixed this issue in CVS.  Those symbols are not part of the 
Dialogic linux api.
