Simple jpeg frame grabber

Is anyone aware of a very simple v4l2 jpeg frame grabber?

I need something that will take a single frame using a webcam, then exit.

This is for an embedded system, so I am trying to keep the code small 
and simple.

FWIW, I am running a 2.4 kernel with the (evil) pwcx v. 0.9 driver.
