Woaoow, "last June" you say?
Please do not send patches to any individual from the OpenH323 project. Worlk
load and general lack of accountability seem to be a big issue, and such
contributions all too often get misplaced.
Instead, I suggest that you upload to the Patch section of openh323 (at) SourceForge
(sourceforge.net/projects/openh323).
