WinMyth "CMythBase could not be initialized" Error

When I try to run WinMyth on Windows XP Pro, I receive the following error:

 

Error The type initializer for “CMythBase could not be initialized, Generally caused by DSMyth failure, check your DSMyth Settings.” threw an exception.

at Mythbase.Video..ctorr()

at WinMyth.VideoView..ctorr()

at WinMyth.MainWindow.InitializeComponent()

at WinMyth.MainWindow..ctor()

at WinMyth.MainWindow.main()

 

 

In my DSMyth Settings, I was able to successfully test the MySQL connection.

 

Any help resolving this problem is appreciated.
