No I haven't looked at the tutorial. Can you point me back to the site where I can download Itext please. I have looked at many options and have lost track of where I've been.

Hhi, I  am searching for an online product that can create documents like the one above. My data resides in a mysql data base behind a set of php scripts. Can Itext do this or be hacked to do it?
