Can we specify the line spacing for a paragraph?

The paragraph object doesn't have 'border', but there are different ways 
to draw
borders around a paragraph. You could work with columns, you could work with
page events, you could wrap every paragraph inside a 1 column table,...
There is not a 'silver bullet' answer to this question.
