Images being stored in burst pages

Hi,
I've discovered some strange behavior with the Burst tool and some pdfs I'm
working on. I've created a pdf using openoffice 2.x, with their export to
pdf function. The problem comes when I try to burst the newly created pdf
into single pages. The actual burst completes and the pages display
properly, but each individual page pdf is the same size as the entire
original pdf. It seems that the images from the original pdf are being
stored in the single pages, but not being displayed. If I use the
ImageXRefViewer on one of the burst pages without images, it still displays
info about images that aren't there, however if I try to use the
TreeViewPDF tool it causes an error. Can anyone help me to remove the
unused images from the single page pdfs so that their file size can be
reduced? I've attached an entire original pdf and one of the burst pages
that demonstrate the problem.
Thanks!
Brendan Graves
