Information Required About Making Border of Signature

Hi!
 
I have some specific requirement about appearance of
signature. currently im creating the same signature as
shown in attached file "Signature-Old.gif". But i want
to make customise it like in attached file
"Signature-Final.gif". Please any one can help me in
this regard.
