Trouble concatenating PDFs with same name textboxes

Hi all,
I'm using a PDF as a template and putting data values into the PDF
text boxes, and then concatenating the PDFs using code similar to
http://itextdocs.lowagie.com/examples/com/lowagie/examples/general/copystamp/Concatenate.java
However, the text box values are only showing up on one of the pages
in the concatenated document. The best line of reasoning I can come
up with is that this is because all of the PDFs produced from the
template have the same names for the textboxes in them.
The best idea I can come up with is to dynamically rename the text
boxes when I make a copy of the template, but I was wondering if there
might be an easier solution. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
