Local Destination, Remote Goto question...

Is it possible to setLocalDestinations in one pdf file then
setRemoteGotos to these destinations from another pdf file then merge
the two files (ala Concatenate example) and still have the gotos work?
I'm generating a document with a table of contents, the body is
generated first so that I know what page number things are, then the
table of content is generated in memory then finally merge the two
parts (table of contents goes first). I set local destinations in the
body and remote gotos in the table of contents, but I guess this isn't
the right way to do this...
