Problems with iText over SSL

Hi,

congratulations on the great product, really well written and a huge 
time-saver.

However, I have a problem with dynamically generated PDFs sent over an SSL 
connection to IE 6.0. The browser always presents the message: "This page 
contains both secure and nonsecure items". If you click "yes" you can view 
the PDF, otherwise you just get a blank page.


I have seen this question raised in a number of forums on the web, but I 
have not seen any answers yet. Could anybody please help? And I believe this 
one should probably be put in the FAQ list, I think there's quite a few 
people with this problem :-))
