Destination

I have local destination on my pdf and it works perfect.

I have changed my code a bit and now it doesn't :-( I add destination
that has no destination on my local PDF. The problem is, I can not know
it the destination will exist or not. 

How could I add destinations even it f they don't exist on yhe local
pdf? 

I throws an exception when I close the document:

java.lang.RuntimeException: The name '0.0.0.0' has no local destination.
        at com.lowagie.text.pdf.PdfWriter.addLocalDestinations(Unknown Source)
        at com.lowagie.text.pdf.PdfDocument.close(Unknown Source)
        at com.lowagie.text.Document.close(Unknown Source)
        at com.jmrep.reportCenter.makeReport(reportCenter.java:146)
	......
