To answer my own question, this is worse than I expected. Obviously the
extended flags are signed with the certificate of the "Adobe
Reader-Extension Root CA", as stated on page 228 of the JS reference. So
it would be technically easy, yet becomes impossible due to the use of
certificates ... obviously money rules the world :-)
